Fix omnirigCW (#347) note:
When using this version for the first time, switching to CW may select CW-R on some radios. If this happens, select your preferred CW mode on the radio. QLog will remember that choice, including after a restart. If the radio is already in CW, QLog will keep its current CW variant. It remembers the last variant you used, so choosing CW-R later will also be respected.

Fix CTY DXCC matching and geographic overrides (#1221) note:
You need to either wait for the regular DXCC entity update or force it using the -f option.
