Mainly about the translation of news.po
Also a fix in 11-21-fpm-version-0.5.0.md, found while translating.
Only the 5 last commits are new, I don't know why there are also my commits already pushed to fpm-docs. I think I used the "Fetch Upstream" GitHub button in my fork. Perhaps I should have made a "$ git rebase" ?
