Added

• The forum's own header. The wordmark renders wide and contained at header height instead of squeezed into a 60 px square (which cropped "Discourse" to "iscourse"), on the forum's own header colour with its header text colour, the way the browser shows it. Both come from payloads already fetched: the colour scheme in /site.json, the logos in /site/settings.json. A forum on the stock scheme keeps the pattern background. SVG logos now render (flutter_svg); a good share of forums use them.

Fixed

• discourse_ui ships its own artwork (packages/discourse_ui/assets/…) instead of expecting the host app to carry assets/forum_header_bg.png and the icon by bare name — a host that did not had a red error dialog on the forum home.
• discourse_ui caps the html package below 0.15.7, which dropped Element.matches while flutter_html 3.0.0 still calls it. A fresh consumer resolving 0.15.7 failed to compile; this repo's lock had 0.15.6 and never noticed.
