ClawK v1.3.0 — Heartbeat Monitor Fix + 286 Tests

What's Fixed

Heartbeat Monitor Data Pipeline (4 bugs)

• Heartbeat data not showing: Was reading the wrong session file (agent:main:main instead of Telegram session where heartbeats actually land with target: last). Now searches all relevant sessions.
• "Can't Connect" status: HeartbeatConfig.everyMs was non-optional but disabled agents return null, causing JSON decode failure on the entire health response.
• Stale last-check time: lastHeartbeatSentAt no longer written to sessions.json in recent OpenClaw versions — JSONL parsing is now the primary source.
• Context % too low: Opus 4.6 fallback was 1M tokens instead of 200K, making usage appear ~5x lower than reality.

Test Coverage

• 286 total tests (74 new) across 14 test suites, 0 failures
• New suites: CanvasStateTests, DeepLinkTests, HeartbeatHistoryModelsTests, AppStateComputedTests, GatewayClientModelsTests
• Fixed stale Opus 4.6 context window assertion to match new 200K default
