Dvarim 0.2.1

• Android: Dvarim-0.2.1.apk. Obtainium picks it up from this repository.
• Mac: Dvarim-0.2.1-mac.zip, which Homebrew installs: brew install --cask franz-rosenzweig/tap/dvarim.

What's new:

• A repeating to-do only ever has one copy waiting. When two devices both took the same tick before they synced, each used to make its own next copy, and from then on every day came in pairs. Now a tick never makes a second one, and if two devices still make the same one, the sync keeps just one.
• Android on a tablet: palm rejection while writing with a pen, layouts for big screens, and tablet-sized widgets.
• The card's icons sit on one line on a tablet and on a desk.
• Sync is safer: a blank copy can't empty a list, a scan can't undo an edit you just made, and the server keeps a record of what each device wrote.
• On the Mac: the space bar types a space in the card again, the sign-in is kept in a file so the Keychain stops asking on every launch, and the icon now goes dark, tinted and clear along with macOS.
