Bump the eight GPUI crates to 0.11.2 together so the path dependency
versions stay consistent. fc-gpui-macos carries the two window
lifecycle hotfixes: closing a window no longer panics debug builds
(objc2 encoding verification on autorelease), and window creation no
longer double-drains its NSAutoreleasePool. The other seven crates are
version-bump republishes with no code changes; utility crates and
fc-gpui-http-client are unchanged and are not republished this round.
