Kazini.Work Schematics
Lets use a narrative to explain The Kazini.Work workflow. Our principle (Agent Create) is a local government Authority (LG) that wishes to convert waste into energy by building a waste management/power plant. Once the Energy is produced, our LG wishes for that Energy to be utilized within the region to spark Food, water and work creation, rather than merely sell the energy into the national grid. The LG wishes to thus ignite an autonomous economy that is productive and absorbs unemployed people within its region. They have requested for several professional actors (Agent Curate) to curate the project and set parameters on timelines and project needs.
Within Kazini.Work the workflow is as follows:
Need identification (by Agent Create) creates concept pre-feasibility;
Concept pre-feasibility (by agent Curate) creates feasibility Request for Proposals (RFP);
RFP (by procuring agent) leads to Expresion of Interest (EOI) / Evaluation Contract.
Once the EOI is uploaded into the system and accepted the contracting parties makes a promise to fulfill their contracts, and resources are released immediately. Able the artificial intelligence then manages the workflow and ensures that several contracts from Project Master Plan to service orders are issued, promised and fulfilled within the overall project schedule. The enabler (DoIt Currency) is released to contracting agents, service delivery organisations and doers in exchange for promises (work) fulfilled. the DoIt currency has value translated within the economic system by work accomplished. In the case of the local government project in our narrative, the DoIt currency actual value is the completion of the project and its various elements, thus the value of DoIt coin = the value of how much it would cost to produce energy. As long as productivity is ongoing within the FreeWork system i.e as long as Food, Water, Energy and Labor is being produced then the currency itself is stabilized and has a value comparable to the local FIAT currency of that region.As long as productivity is ongoing, then the FreeWork economy steadily grows, producing Food, Water and Energy, providing worthwhile work for people who in turn use their earnings to consume the Food, Energy and Water produced within the FreeWork Economy. Thus, the network grows steadily and remains stabilized and capable of absorbing all who wish to work, as well as producing Food, Energy and Water enough for the nation.
FreeWork culture is a culture of doing, of fulfilling promises and of being enabled to strive, to achieve and do that which is imperative to humanity. In order for our LG to achieve production of energy, there must be more ongoing than just the convertion of waste to energy within a power plant. There must be waste to start with. Then there must be those willing to collect and sort the waste. the waste must be delivered, the power plant must be run, the energy produced must be directed to the right sectors so that water is harvested and food is grown, packaged, delivered to market bought and consumed so that waste is produced... its a cycle of collaboration in which several citizens (FreeWork Soldiers) of a region are in constant engagement, doing what needs to be done for their survival. FreeWork Collaboration can be thus defined in the following schematic:
Agent Root = Able (FreeWork Artificial Intelligence. Able is the agent that releases the ERC20 Decentralized Application (DoIt Currency), Able also runs the OSS, Able runs the Project Management Information System (PMIS), the WorkFlow DApp.
Agent Create = Identifies Needs
Agent Curate = Curates project, creates Request For Proposals
Agent Service Delivery Organisation (SDO) = creates EOI; Project Contract, Makes promise to fulfill contracts
Agent Doer = Makes Promise to fullfill work activity.
Within The Kazini platform thus activities require consistent collaboration between Able (AI), the Creators, the Curators, the SDO and the Doers such that all projects within the Kazini.Work platform are On Time, Under Budget and On Scope (OTUBOS).

As Margin Trader/Investor - depositing a different currency and receiving a deposit certificate.
Conversely an Investor relinquishes a deposit certificate and receives DoIt currency.
