SkyBlock Translator v1.2.1

Fixes startup crashes and translation cache problems.

• Fix the scoreboard mixin on Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3. This also fixes the startup failure reported with SkyHanni (#3, #4).
• Fix offline dictionary matches when formatting codes split a phrase or item stat.
• Apply Shift bypass and translation settings immediately to entity names, the scoreboard and the tab list.
• Remove separate stale display caches and deduplicate pending component translations.
• Keep late API responses from repopulating cleared caches or crossing language changes.
• Cache French and other Latin-script translations, and use locale-independent dictionary keys.
• Refresh translations after dictionary changes and reload the selected language with /translator reload.
• Preserve nested translation bypasses and retry cache writes after I/O failures.
• Prevent malformed API keys from exhausting request permits or leaving translations pending.
• Add regression tests and verify mixin targets against all four supported Minecraft versions during builds.
• Publish separate Modrinth versions for each Minecraft target instead of marking every jar compatible with all targets.

Choose the jar matching your Minecraft version: 1.21.11, 26.1.2, 26.2 or 26.3. Fabric API and YetAnotherConfigLib are required.
