Standalone finite-prefix forecasting, five-expert temporal combinations and sequence diagnostics, extracted from ChronoScope with original source provenance.

Validation: all three Linux CI jobs passed on main commit e0a65f9 (Python 3.11/3.12 core plus Python 3.12 diagnostics). Local installed-wheel suite: 128 passed; isolated NumPy-only core: 31 passed; exact product comparisons: 150 across 15 cases. Wheel/sdist metadata and source-member checks passed. Numerical warnings and initial failures are retained in docs/validation.json.

PyPI publication runs through the registered GitHub trusted publisher. Registry availability and exact distribution hashes must be verified before consumers adopt the release. Extraction supplies no new forecasting-accuracy trial or claim of state-of-the-art superiority. Product migration and application deployment have their own gates.
