• Add-on panes. The tab bar + opens Shell, File view, Diff view, installed add-on panes and Install add-ons. An add-on pane runs in a sandboxed frame and gets only what it declares and you allow: the messages of a team you choose, and the files and git state of a folder you pick. Add-ons cannot run programs, send messages or control agmsg. (#1833)
• Built-in add-ons: File view and Diff view.
• Install add-ons from GitHub (owner/repo or owner/repo@tag) after a confirmation dialog. Settings > Add-ons lists them with Update, Remove, Revoke and the saved per-folder grants. A sample add-on is at fujibee/agmsg-addon-sample.
• An agent can ask the app to open a pane. The app shows a bar with Open and Dismiss and opens nothing by itself. "Copy instructions for agents" copies a ready-to-run send command for the current team.
• .env files are hidden from add-on panes that use the network, and the pane says so.
• Every action that waits shows that it is running. A pane that does not load within 15 seconds shows the reason and Reload.

Fixed

• The sidebar's user block and settings gear stay visible in teams without an app user. (#1510)
• Each message is shown and injected once, not twice. (#1511)

Bundled core

• The app now bundles agmsg core 1.7.0 (previously 1.5.1) for its first-run install and "Update agmsg".
