Fullbleed 2.5.13: tagged structure fixes
Styled PDF/UA documents now mark decorative borders and backgrounds as artifacts inside grouping tags. Lists carry their numbering style, and HTML figures preserve caption association and image alternatives. Manually tagged Rust figures retain their authored structure.
The original styled notice failed two PDF/UA-1 checks and five PDF/UA-2 checks in 2.5.11. The retained notice now passes veraPDF 1.30.2 with unchanged visible previews and extracted text. A richer specimen also passes the machine-verifiable checks for PDF/UA-1, PDF/UA-2 and both WTPDF profiles. Content quality and reading order still require review; these checks are not a blanket accessibility claim. Dedicated PDF/VT validation remains unconfigured.
Verification includes 61 focused Python regression cases, the existing full suites (561 Python and 1,331 Rust tests) on identical engine sources, and complete CI on the final release source. All 16 public PyPI downloads match the CI artifacts. Fresh public Python and Rust consumers reproduce the retained outputs; the Rust consumer uses MSRV 1.85 and registry dependencies.
2.5.12 was tagged but never uploaded to the registries: its release check caught an outdated README wheel example. This release corrects that metadata and adds the check to pull-request CI. The original tag is unchanged.
Install with python -m pip install --upgrade fullbleed==2.5.13 or pin Rust to fullbleed = "=2.5.13". Node and .NET packages are independently versioned; their upgrades will be verified separately.
