Oversized table cells containing paragraphs, lists and plain text now continue across pages without the repeated-header hang or clipped tail content seen in #99. Fragmented cells keep their logical table ownership and header references. Rows that fit on a fresh page stay intact.

Compiled reflow now restores cached font resources correctly across repeated and changed batches. Changed outlined text and table values receive fresh layout, so visible recipients and column widths match separately rendered records.

Install with python -m pip install fullbleed==2.5.32 or fullbleed = "=2.5.32" in Cargo.

Verification includes 670 Python tests with no skips, 1,398 native tests with Python/SVG features and 1,397 with default features, plus 11 doctests in each configuration. All 180 table and 240 pagination PDFs match the local optimized candidate, Linux/Windows CI, the exact-tag release gate, a fresh public Python install and a public Rust consumer. Eight focused reflow cases and a separate 300-record batch check compare visible pages against individual records. All 15 public wheels, the sdist and the crate were downloaded and verified against the release artifacts or tagged source.

The independent 1,662-case corpus retains 1,620 PASS, 24 FAIL and 18 REFERENCE-DISPUTED, with no new failures. One tall-row PASS improves from 0.128% image difference to 0%: the two changed continuation pages now match their reference pixels exactly. Every other PDF, raster and score matches 2.5.31; references and tolerances are unchanged. All 120 new PDF/UA pagination cases pass veraPDF 1.30.3 without warnings. The existing table suite retains 55 known caption failures under #98, identical to the baseline.

Oversized rowspans and middle/bottom alignment retain their existing fallback. Narrow-page intrinsic-width overflow remains outside this correction. Changed outlined/table values can reduce cache reuse; no throughput or general conformance claim is made. Dedicated PDF/VT validation remains unconfigured. The experimental component release 2.6.0a5 needs a separately qualified native update.
