Fullbleed 2.5.5
Native previews now display the gradient fills in finalized PDFs, including the chart bars that were previously blank. This patch preserves supported hard stops, transforms, clipping, and gradient opacity masks without adding a core runtime dependency.
python -m pip install --upgrade fullbleedFor Rust, use fullbleed = "2.5.5".
The supported preview subset includes axial and extended radial shadings with exponential/stitching functions, plus Fullbleed's generated hard radial bands. Arbitrary calculator/mesh shadings, nonextended radial shadings, and nonidentity mask transfer functions remain unsupported and return errors.
Validation includes 19 new Rust regressions, 20 installed-wheel gradient cases at two resolutions, independent checks of the same PDF files, and the original report's corrected chart bars. The earlier public runtime fails the new regression check. Ten retained authoring fixture PDFs are unchanged; corrected PNG hashes differ.
The attached verification records document the checks performed. They do not claim universal PDF rendering parity or independent PDF/VT certification. Fullbleed remains MIT licensed and free for commercial use.
