fix(funapi): showQueue() keeps status, errors and lastFailure on queued messages (#95)

Funapi 3.113.0 reports, per queued operation, its state and what WhatsApp answered. FunapiClient::normalizeQueuedMessage() used to drop them; each funapi queue item now also carries:

  • status (?string), e.g. uncertain
  • errors (list<string>), e.g. ["uncertain_not_resent"]
  • lastFailure (array{phase: ?string, code: ?string, serverCode: ?int}|null)

An uncertain operation with serverCode: 479 is a send WhatsApp refused: funapi never resends it and none arrived (Funnelchat20/fun-api#218). Any other uncertain may still have been delivered. Documented as funapi-only optional keys in QueueContract::showQueue(). Z-API / Z-API Lite are unchanged.

Consumed by communities' delivery reconcile (scheduled-messages:reconcile-deliveries), to fail a 479 at the first check instead of after 24 h.
