Marker v1.5.0

First Release of this fork, it contains roughly the following changes:

• Pulled in the big deps-update by @tamarazuk: https://github.com/tamarazuk/Marker/tree/feat/upgrade-deps
• Massively improved the file tree loading performance (by implementing directory & file walking on the Rust-side incl. filtering)
• Made the sidebar resizable (:tada:)
• Hovering over cut-off file names in the file tree will now show the full file name
• Further dependency updates, release scripts, etc.
