• Stacked display option on the core table block. The front end is PHP and CSS
  only; @wordpress/scripts builds the editor script and the stylesheet, whose
  four breakpoint blocks are generated from a single SCSS loop.
• Explicit ARIA roles written back on stacked tables, since display: block
  removes the implicit roles of table elements.
• Visually hidden header row, clipped rather than removed, so column names stay
  in the accessibility tree.
• Per-table breakpoint chosen from a closed set, with tablefold_breakpoint_values
  and tablefold_default_breakpoint filters.
• Keyboard reachable, named scrollable container for tables that cannot be stacked.
• Translation template; translations are delivered by translate.wordpress.org.
• Right-to-left stylesheet, generated by the build.
