RAID//READY v1.4.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 03:20
00ff61e

What's new in 1.4.1

  • Armor toggle next to the walking switch. Plates on the chest and stomach soak most of each hit and wear down until they break: a chest kill goes from 2 shots to about 6, a stomach kill from 3 to about 8. Arms and legs are unarmored, and headshots are still one tap.
  • Ergonomics slider next to the walking switch (0–100, default 60). Lower ergo means slower ADS (about 0.45 s at 0 versus 0.14 s at 100) and a heavier, swayier gun.
  • Fixed: the holo reticle stayed on screen while reloading. Reloading now drops you out of ADS and you can't aim again until it's done, like in Tarkov.

RAID//READY v1.4.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 01:19
1bd9d0c

What's new in 1.4.0

  • Mouse side buttons can be bound. Bind Mouse 4 / Mouse 5 to lean (or anything else) like in game. They no longer act as browser back/forward, so they can't kick you out of a drill.
  • Choose your sight under Settings → Sight: Auto (holo on close drills, scope on Long Shot), Holo everywhere, or Scope everywhere, including on the M4. Scope magnification is its own setting.
  • Corner-leaning PMCs in Corner Peek. Some still swing out full body, others stay behind cover and lean out from the hips, showing only head, shoulder and rifle, sometimes with a quick bait lean first.
  • Hit markers removed, like Tarkov.

RAID//READY v1.3.2

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 01:05
3e68d37

What's new in 1.3.2

  • The holo now looks like Tarkov's EOTech EXPS3, not just the reticle:
    • a rounded hood around a rounded, see-through window
    • the tapered control-panel body underneath, with its two screws, round brightness button and up/down buttons
    • the side button and the quick-detach mount lever
    • the folded-up rear iron sight sitting low enough that the control panel shows above it, like in raid
  • Fixed the top rail being drawn over the sight when aiming.

(1.3.1 added bullet holes, up to 45 on screen, and the ring-and-ticks holo reticle.)

RAID//READY v1.3.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 01:02
6f8577f

What's new in 1.3.1

  • Bullet holes. Missed shots leave holes on containers, walls and the ground, including inside the scope view. Up to 45 stay on screen; the oldest fades out when a new one lands, so they never slow the game down.
  • Tarkov-style EOTech holo. The sight is rebuilt with an open, see-through window, a thin hood, and the control panel with its brightness button below the window. The folded-up rear iron sight now sits at the bottom of your view when aiming, like in raid.
  • Holo reticle is now a ring with four tick marks and a centre dot.

RAID//READY v1.3.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 00:54
9226dc1

What's new in 1.3.0

  • Tarkov-style scope. Picture-in-picture: the world outside the eyepiece stays normal and only the view inside is magnified, with a thick rubber eyepiece, duplex reticle, and the rifle and mount visible underneath. Alt + scroll zooms the scope smoothly.
  • Real ADS on the M4. Aiming brings the holo up to your eye with an EOTech-style ring-and-dot, and the rifle stays visible below it.
  • No hip-fire crosshair, like Tarkov. Aim to get a reticle; it always sits where the barrel points.
  • Crouch (C) and prone (X). Lower eye height, slower movement, steadier aim and less recoil. You can't shoot while getting into or out of prone, or while crawling.
  • Leaning. Q/E lean (hold by default, toggle in settings) rolls the view and moves your head out from cover. Alt + Q/E (or Alt + A/D, Tarkov's default) leans gradually and stays there; tap Q/E to stand back up.
  • Full auto everywhere. B switches between semi and full auto. Full auto climbs hard for the first few rounds, levels off, wobbles side to side and pulls back down when you let go. The SR-25 stays semi-only.
  • Heavier walk bob, carried into the scope while you move.
  • Key binds. Every action can be rebound to a key or mouse button under Settings → Key binds, with a one-click reset to Tarkov defaults.

Recoil, sway, stance and lean values are tuned to feel like Tarkov; they are not taken from the game files.

RAID//READY v1.2.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 00:36
04930d5

What's new in 1.2.0

  • Your crosshair now follows the barrel. It always sits where the shot will land, so if it's on the head, you hit the head. The red dot and scope follow the barrel too.
  • Laser-calibrated Tarkov sway, ported from TarkovCrosshair's "Tarkov Default" preset:
    • keys reach the weapon about 235 ms late
    • hold A and the barrel swings right and stays there; hold D and it swings left
    • walking forward dips the barrel, walking back lifts it
    • figure-8 walk bob at Tarkov's 1.2 Hz step rate
    • mouse-look lag on fast turns
  • Tarkov recoil feel: every shot snaps the barrel up; on full auto the climb levels off, recovers slowly while firing and quickly once you let go. The cross crosshair opens up while you move and shoot.
  • New 3D weapon model. A lit, low-poly M4A1 with an EOTech-style holo, or an SR-25 with a scope and suppressor on the long-shot drill, held in gloved hands with sleeves. It sways, kicks, dips on reload and shows the muzzle flash.

RAID//READY v1.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Nov 00:20
83c0dbc

What's new in 1.1.0

  • Walking. Turn it on or off on the screen before each drill. WASD to move, scroll wheel to change walk speed. You're slower backwards, sideways and while aiming, and you can't walk through cover.
  • Tarkov-style barrel movement. The barrel now moves separately from your view: it lags behind fast turns, bobs in a figure-8 while you walk, and kicks on every shot before settling. Shots go where the barrel points, not to screen centre.
  • Recoil split between camera and barrel. On full auto the camera climbs and the barrel climbs further, so your red dot rides above centre mid-spray like in raid.
  • Weapon model in hip fire so you can see where the barrel is pointing. The red dot and scope now follow the barrel too.
  • New settings: Barrel movement (Tarkov, Reduced, Off), Weapon model (On, Off), Show point of impact (a training-aid ring where the barrel points).

Movement and sway values are tuned by eye from gameplay footage, not pulled from the game files.
