ConvertAll 0.4.0

Install: download ConvertAll-*.zip, unzip, and move ConvertAll.app to Applications.
The app is not notarized yet, so the first time: right-click ConvertAll.app → Open → Open
(or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/ConvertAll.app).

Then right-click any image in Finder → Open With › ConvertAll.
