gaffer login can now authenticate from GitHub Actions by exchanging the runner's OIDC identity token for a Gaffer token, so CI no longer needs a stored API key.

Also includes accumulated parser and core fixes (JUnit, Playwright JSON, TRX, JaCoCo, Jest/Vitest).
