West facing disassembler has old custom name

1. Place a disassembler facing west
2. Notice that its name in the GUI still has the old translation value

Cause: gm4_disassemblers\data\gm4_disassemblers\functions\machine\rotate\west.mcfunction seems to have been forgotten when updating the modules.

Other affected modules that I could find by searching for %1$s%3427655$s:

• All rotations of smelteries
• There are also some old upgrade functions which use the %1$s%3427655$s translation key, those should maybe be removed or updated as well.
