Navigation becomes blocks.

• New Doc Breadcrumbs block: the trail from the docs root page down through the document's directory ancestors.
• New Doc Child Pages block: linked list of the documents nested under the current one; placed on the docs root page it lists the top-level documents.
• Documents no longer inject breadcrumbs/child listings into their content automatically — place the blocks in a Single item: Doc template (Site Editor) instead.
• An empty root page still auto-lists the top-level documents, so a fresh install works with zero setup; a root page with content composes its own layout.
• The docs post type is exposed in REST so the Site Editor offers the Single item: Doc template (admin UI stays hidden).
• Partial-sync status only suggests adding a GitHub token when the rate limit was actually the cause.

Upgrade note: if you relied on the automatic breadcrumbs/child listings on document pages, add the two blocks to your docs single template after updating.
