ZoteroThumbFile 1.1.5

Adds compatibility with Zotero 10.0.x, while retaining Zotero 9.0.x support.

The contact sheet continues to provide a scrollable grid of every PDF page, continuous thumbnail zoom, and click-through navigation to Zotero's reader. Your existing plugin settings are retained.

The reader interfaces were checked against Zotero 10.0.4 source; no contact-sheet implementation changes were required. All 13 portable tests pass. Native Zotero 10.0.4 tests in an isolated macOS profile verified an 80-page PDF, fractional zoom without blank preview frames, high-resolution previews, last-page navigation, annotation keyboard safety, disabling/re-enabling the plugin, and separate reader windows.

Download ZoteroThumbFile-1.1.5.xpi below and install it from Tools → Plugins → Install Plugin From File…. The source-code archives are not installers.

ZoteroThumbFile 1.1.4

Browse a PDF as a zoomable, scrollable grid of all its pages, like Contact Sheet in macOS Preview.

ZoteroThumbFile was previously named ZoteroThumbPDF. Version 1.1.4 changes the plugin name while retaining the existing add-on ID, settings, and runtime behavior.

• Browse full documents in PDF tabs or separate reader windows.
• Resize thumbnails continuously between 100 and 400 pixels; existing previews stay visible while sharper replacements load.
• Click a page to open it in Zotero's reader and return to the same contact-sheet position.
• Use the compact toolbar, keyboard navigation, and close button to move between views.

Install: Download ZoteroThumbFile-1.1.4.xpi below, then choose Tools → Plugins → gear menu → Install Plugin From File… in Zotero. Choose the XPI asset, not a source-code archive. Installing it updates an existing ZoteroThumbPDF installation. Updates remain manual.

Compatibility: Zotero 9.0.x; tested on Zotero 9.0.6 for macOS. This release supports PDF contact sheets. Other platforms have not been tested.

Validation: All 13 portable tests pass. The unchanged runtime was exercised in an isolated Zotero 9.0.6 profile with synthetic PDFs, including an 80-page document. The 1.1.4 package was checked for the updated name/version and preserved add-on ID and preferences. A SHA-256 checksum is attached.
