⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• Executor.reduce_batches, its three implementations and hebog.executors.reduce_in_canonical_order are removed; nothing called them, and plan task 74 can bring back a reduction if its profile needs one. map_round requires a requirement. hebog.stages.task_memory is left out of the composition hash, since it decides placement, never a result.
