Fixed

• Make the clustered heatmap gallery example render fully in notebooks through its own matrix and tree dimensions. GenomeSpy computes room for titles, labels, and legends, and the gallery accommodates wrapped guides at narrower widths.
• Document native notebook sizing: fixed and step-sized plots keep their authored dimensions; flexible plots use the space supplied by their container. No global notebook width or height is imposed.

Using the fix

Use the revised clustered heatmap example. Existing notebooks copied from the previous example should copy the updated chart specification; upgrading the package alone does not rewrite notebook code.
