Last year's budget expenditures (2500) went to contributors for various work. Eli completed his work with the OSGeo Treasurer, and wanted to check i to confirm if everyone received payment. Confirmation that theduckylittle has received payment, but jmckenna & klassenjs_ both have not, having been thrown off a little by the Paypal or ACH options. EliL encourages folks to check into other payment options from OSGeo. It's likely they can cut a check if needed. If anyone doesn't want to receive payment due to type, we can provide that feedback but we should also update our records. jmckenna comments that check is much better to avoid transfer costs if possible.
We have requested the same budget as last year ($2,500). Today is the last day to submit anything different.

Seems all are ok with the request as submitted, so no changes discussed.
Meeting schedule will remain the same, and topics for future meetings will be planned on the wiki
People seem to think things are going well, so we will keep doing what we are doing
3.11 has been coming along nicely, there has been quite a bit of testing (thank you Chris!) with more to be done before any release.
We have an issues list but no formal roadmap. jmckenna reminds us all to keep milestones updated as users actually follow these via Github. Also, a reminder that our PSC discussions last year generated a wishlist: https://github.com/geomoose/geomoose/wiki/Glam-and-not-so-Glam-Wishlist-items which we should consider updating from time to time.
Discussion on things that could be added:
- go through our old wiki/website/etc and delete or at least mark as outdated things that are out of date.
- geoserver integration (GeoServer integration work probably deserves an issue with maybe a checklist in it)
- demo of OGC-API and STAC capabilities of Mapserver 8
- More testing and more docs as always
published Roadmap: we need to just make sure outdated stuff is marked as such or deleted.
- Browser testing --> brent has been testing with Selenium IDE / pytest
- MapServer 8 changes that might improve GM interactions
- updating the Editing demo (served by Jeff)
