3.11 critical bugs.

• Issues 542, 772, 809 and 824 are likely candidates for attention. Maybe the print issues, 810 and 819

STAC/WFS catalog generation from GeoMoose

• Should GeoMoose be generating or consuming this? Different ideas. If consuming, at the mapbook or user runtime level?
• Is STAC or WFS better option?
• What about metadata link instead (to add datasets to other programs)

• There are programmatic ways to produce the mapbook
• This might be a little site specific and out of the GeoMoose realm
