Improved Buildsystem and SONAME Handling

This is the first release featuring an actual release source tarball that can be used for packaging.

Another minor change are harmonized signatures for move constructors and move operator= to use noexcept in their signature, so that they are actually considered by STL containers like std::vector, instead of falling back to copy operations.
