2.2.11

New

• The dashboard has a slim announcement banner under the stats row that slides through a few promos from getgrav.org, pausing while you hover it. Closing it hides it for a few days

Improved

• The dashboard's Notifications widget is a plain list of news again, now that the promos have moved to the banner

Bugfix

• Copying or inserting a link to a media file with #, ? or % in its name now writes those characters percent-encoded, so the link points at the file (needs Grav 2.2.27) admin-next#48
