Make owner-confirmed access changes observable, and clearly identify non-PTY terminal limits.
What's changed
- Require the exact paired device name and requested action before the Workspace can request a God Mode change. Recheck actual runtime policy after agent reconnect rather than interpreting a dispatched command as success; reject unsuccessful command exit codes.
- On Linux, defer the service restart for an explicitly requested CLI access change so the command can acknowledge the request. Local CLI behavior remains synchronous.
- Protect access reconciliation against stale UI state, duplicate requests, and rate-limit starvation using a separate per-device summary-read budget.
- Clarify that the web terminal uses pipes rather than a PTY, reject known hidden-token or controlling-TTY patterns before dispatch, avoid echoing likely secrets in its visible history, and link to the Files editor. This is not a PTY or a secret vault.
- Keep the existing runtime tool catalog, host OS permission checks, and owner-scoped device authorization. Verify on isolated ASUS desktop/mobile fixtures, local PostgreSQL and runtime suites, then require exact-head server CI and a coordinated public package release before production.
