Tracking the ToDos for the beta release of the Svelte SDK

Done:

Create dashboard to track adoption stats (kind of done, we have a looker query) (cc @smeubank, do we need/want more here?)
Add unit tests with svelte-testing-library (test(svelte): Add Svelte Testing Library and trackComponent tests #5686)
