Issue's Owners don't change even if the team does not exist #66165

Steps to Reproduce

It is definitely not possible to modify the owners in the issues (nor since the API), it is clearly a bug in the Sentry functionality. Scenarios tested (in Sentry public test env with ADMIN privileges):

  • Have an issue in a project with owner #old_team, remove team #old_team from the project, update the Ownership Rules with the new team #new_team, refresh, the issue's owner remain the same ❌
  • Have an issue in a project with owner #old_team, remove team #old_team completely from the list of teams, keep the Ownership Rules configuration with the new team #new_team, refresh, the owners remain the old #old_team even if it does not exist any more 😱 ❌

Expected Result

The owner should be updated in all the issues (in function of the Ownership Rules) when the team is deleted.

Actual Result

The owner still the same.
