v0.5.1 — plugin:skill resolves under Claude Code

• plugin:skill resolves under Claude Code. The hook globbed
  plugins/cache/<plugin>/skills/ and cache/*/<plugin>/skills/, but Claude
  Code installs to cache/<marketplace>/<plugin>/<version>/, so every
  namespaced skill — and every bare name meant to come from a plugin — was
  denied as unknown. Plugins are now found through installed_plugins.json,
  which names the live version (the cache keeps stale ones, and some versions
  are commit hashes) and scopes project installs to their project. Within a
  plugin, briefing loads what Claude Code loads: skills/<name>/ plus the
  paths the manifest lists under skills, which is how mattpocock-skills
  exposes skills/engineering/domain-modeling/. The namespace is the
  manifest's name.
