[jjt]

Issue Description

macOS 27 beta (golden gate) with Reduced Transparency on, and minimal ghostty config of just macos-titlebar-style = hidden causes the top couple of lines to be hidden.

macos-titlebar-style = hidden, Reduced Tranparency ON

macos-titlebar-style = hidden, Reduced Transparency OFF

Default (blank ghostty config), Reduced Transparency OFF or ON

Expected Behavior

The top couple of lines are not hidden regardless of Reduced Transparency

Actual Behavior

The top couple of lines are hidden when Reduced Transparency is ON.

Reproduction Steps

1. Enable macOS setting Accessibility > Display > Reduced Transparency.
2. Ghostty config of macos-titlebar-style = hidden

Additional Relevant Configuration

Possibly related to #13128?

I acknowledge that:

• I have reviewed the FAQ and confirm that my issue is NOT among them.
• I have searched the Ghostty repository (both open and closed Discussions and Issues) and confirm this is not a duplicate of an existing issue or discussion.
• I have checked the "Preview" tab on all text fields to ensure that everything looks right, and have wrapped all configuration and code in code blocks with a group of three backticks (```) on separate lines.

As a workaround for now I'm going to remove macos-titlebar-style = hidden though it pains me to lose the verical space.
