Stop the notebook hanging on a sequence with no end, and show tables only where parts line up (#69)

Bugs fixed:

  • A notebook cell ending on a sequence with no end, such as from(0),
    answers with its first elements instead of hanging (closes
    ghul-lang/ghul#3165)
  • A list of scalars shows as its text, [1, 2, 3], rather than as a
    one-column table
  • The kernel uses the runtime of the compiler version ghul.cli runs when
    the store holds several

Technical:

  • CELL_DISPLAY.elements reads one element past its limit and reports
    has_more instead of counting the rest
