One voice, facts, and honest progress in ghul's output (#161)

Enhancements:

  • Install and update lines say what was done in one line, such as
    ghul-llvm 1.4.0 installed
  • Downloads show a braille spinner, then a bar with percent and sizes
    once the size is known; nothing is drawn when standard error is not a
    terminal
  • ghul update says ghul is up to date when it is, and the REPL says
    plainly when it is not supported

Technical:

  • LOG gains begin, update, finish and discard for a live line; every
    download reads through TRANSFER, which reports bytes against
    Content-Length
