Read the runtime library's sources from its manifest (#166)

Technical:

  • a wasm build compiled the files the runtime library wasm-sources.rsp
    listed, a per-target list no other library needed
  • the library now carries a ghul-project.json like any other, and its
    sources resolve the way the core library do
  • the runtime repository has moved its tree under ghul-runtime/, so a
    --library override points at that subdirectory
