v1.7.2 - Combined PHF, dash previews, numerous bugfixes
[1.7.2]
Added
- Sync Status LED can be turned off or recoloured from the dashboard page's Display card.
AZOM.ProfileNameandAZOM.DashboardNameproperties show the active profile and the dashboard on screen.- Dashboard page shows a preview of the selected dashboard, requires Dashboard Studio.
- S12 pedal haptics can run as one SimHub device with a channel per pedal; toggle in Options, existing per-pedal devices are kept.
- Torque graph and
AZOM.TorqueLimitinclude the +2 Nm Ultra torque boost once it's unlocked in Pit House (R16/R21/R25 Ultra, fw 1.2.12.4+). - Banner when a MOZA device stops responding on USB, suggesting another USB port or hub, or removing extension cables.
Fixed
Dashboards and displays
- Unplugging a dashboard's USB no longer freezes the wheel display.
- Dashboards without fast channels keep the wheel engaged, and radar/track-map dashboards no longer back up the serial queue.
- Fix broken encoding for fuel consumption; fuel-consumption and other ×100 channels now use the correct encoding.
- Track and car name channels refresh right after a restart, no more 15 s lag.
- Dashboard list updates and session acks are no longer lost when the wheel sends them back to back.
- Cold-start wedge recovery no longer sends a doomed tier-def before re-provoking.
- CM2 dashboard switches pick up the new dashboard's channels ~5 s sooner.
- CM2 Files tab lists and deletes the CM2's dashboards, not the wheel's.
- CM1 dashboard list scrolls again instead of jumping back every half second.
- A failed dashboard upload no longer blocks later uploads until the CM2 or wheel is power-cycled.
- Dashboard uploads pace consistently outside of games.
- SimHub dashboard import no longer freezes the window or bundles unrelated images.
AZOM.TestModeToggleaction matches the dashboard page's Test button and can no longer crash SimHub.- Dash flag-brightness slider no longer writes flash on every tick.
mBooster pedals
- mBooster G-Force pushes the right way and scales with real G, instead of slamming to full travel in reverse.
- mBooster Threshold no longer vibrates when stopped; it now needs the car to be moving.
- mBooster effects and Brake Fade stop when a pedal changes role or unit, and G-Force is switched off on shutdown.
- mBooster Test toggles all stop when switching pedals or closing the panel, Bite Point no longer keeps vibrating.
- mBooster settings writes survive stopping telemetry, and fractional curve/sensor-ratio values are no longer re-sent or skipped.
- A re-plugged mBooster pedal reconnects instead of staying disconnected until SimHub restarts.
Wheelbase, wheel and accessories
- AB9 no longer goes wild every ~35 s during engine vibration; engine damping now follows RPM.
- AB9 and display-brightness button actions stop resending at their limits.
- Gear-shift bumps no longer fire on re-enable or at session start.
- Base LFE gearshift in Level mode no longer backs up the serial queue.
- Base ambient LED settings are only re-sent when changed.
- Wheel settings are re-read after a game-switch reload, so per-knob Button/Knob selectors no longer fall back to the All Rotaries one.
- RSF steering-lock writes work right after a plugin reload.
- Motion platform reliably enters standby on shutdown.
Connection and detection
- A device that stops responding on USB no longer stalls reconnects for minutes, or SimHub shutdown; Diagnostics shows
DeviceUnresponsive. - HID devices that fail to open are retried, e.g. pedals coming back after an mBooster calibration reboot.
- Turning Connection off and on no longer force-reconnects the wheel; stale display and watchdog state is cleared on disable.
- Shifter and pedal tabs follow the hub when it is unplugged or the primary connection moves.
- Unanswered polled reads stop retrying after 60 s instead of retransmitting forever.
- Wine: a stuck port warm-up no longer stalls reconnects, and the settings panel no longer hitches resolving the COM port.
- Port-in-use banner also shows when another app holds the saved wheelbase port and USB detection can't see the device.
- Pedal-haptics restart banner no longer shows on every detection, and moving a rim to another base refreshes its device definition.
- Diagnostics shows why no MOZA device was found: OS COM ports, skipped registry entries and each probed port's result; a disconnected wheelbase no longer shows as assigned.
- Diagnostics bandwidth reading no longer caps out near 4.3 KB/s under heavy traffic such as pedal haptics.
Settings UI
- Settings page is lighter; hidden tabs and graphs no longer redraw in the background.
- Calibration no longer gets stuck when starting a second one or leaving the page mid-countdown.
- Typing in slider value boxes sticks instead of being overwritten mid-edit.
- Check now stays usable after leaving the page during an update check.
- PitHouse import applies values whose rounded display matches, e.g. FFB 75.5% vs 75%.
- More text translated: hub port status, handbrake button state, LED palette tooltips and PitHouse import.

f0bbae4— Fix mis-routed CM2 uploads
Diff: c35b961...f0bbae4
dev-latest (1.7.2)
The development channel has been replaced by per-PR builds (update your plugin and pick a PR in the release-channel dropdown). This release mirrors stable v1.7.2 so plugins still on the dev channel can update.
v1.7.1 - Bugfix AB9 shift display, mBooster changes, profiles
[1.7.1]
Added
- Wheel device pages show the wheel's serial number and firmware version, plus the display's firmware on screen wheels.
- Help tab Guides card loads the guide list from the website, so new guides show without a plugin update.
Fixed
- AB9/AB6 shift gate highlights the engaged gear correctly; it was reading the wrong buttons.
- First RPM LED no longer sticks blue after dashboard channels negotiate, and now also pulses on dashboard switches.
- Dashboard switches made on the wheel or CM2 are followed instead of being ignored or switched back.
- Chained mBooster pedal roles no longer flip incorrectly when changed.
- mBooster settings follow the pedals whichever USB port or chained unit is plugged in.
- Picking a profile applies it again on SimHub 9.13.3, and switching games applies that game's profile instead of the previous one.
[1.7.0]
Added
- MOZA HMA150 motion platform in SimHub Motion (preview). Pick the MOZA HMA150 preset in Motion; it streams game telemetry and engine vibration like Motion Manager, and port setup, self-tests, motion effects, stroke and lighting are in its settings. The COM port is free while motion is off. Motion effects are saved per profile, and Motion Manager presets import from the Import tab.
- Banner warns when SimHub is older than 9.12, since some plugin features need it.
- In-app updates restart SimHub automatically once the install finishes.
- Stalk button debounce slider in truck-sim mode, for levers whose contacts bounce.
- Guides card on the Help tab links every online guide.
- First RPM LED pulses blue while dashboard channels negotiate; wheel LEDs are no longer throttled meanwhile.
- AB9/AB6 tab shows the selected shift gate with the engaged gear highlighted live.
- "Stay on beta releases" update option follows the newest beta instead of falling back to stable.
Fixed
- Profile wheel settings such as paddle mode are no longer lost at connect when dashboard telemetry starts at the same time; paddle mode, clutch point and knob modes are also re-checked against the wheel.
- Pedal haptics no longer lag seconds behind the game with several ShakeIt effects active.
- GS V2 Pro wheels reporting "GS" show as MOZA GS V2 Pro again; the leftover "MOZA GS" definition that hid it is removed, existing devices carry over.
- mBooster Wheel Spin and Lockup no longer fire on every full throttle or hard stop; they need per-wheel speed from the game and stay off without it (e.g. iRacing).
- No false "not added in SimHub" banner after switching games for pedal haptics, wheelbase and dash devices.
- mBooster damping no longer flips between the plain and segmented settings; the plain sliders replace the graphs when segmented damping is off.
- mBooster Pedal Feel shows the pedal's own values when the profile hasn't set them, chained units included.
- The MOZA Motion Controller is no longer probed as a wheelbase or AB9.
- Dashboard channel mappings show at launch, not only after switching dashboards.
- Minimum blinker time holds through a same-side re-press, and the deferred cancel no longer fires while the lever is still at that side.
- Stalk held keys are released on mode change and game exit.
- iRacing opponents show on the track map; only the player's dot was drawn once drivers had come and gone.
- The iRacing track map highlights your car while you spectate it, e.g. a team-mate's stint watched from the pit wall.
- Wheel, dash and base LEDs no longer drop to the idle effect after SimHub pauses the LED device; knob LEDs also hold through LED pipeline stalls while a game is running.
v1.7.0 - HMA150 Motion Platform support
[1.7.0]
Added
- MOZA HMA150 motion platform support support for the new MOZA motion platform system.
Motion effects are saved per profile, and Motion Manager presets can be loaded from the Import tab. Huge thank you to therealwillie for doing much of the heavy lifting in figuring out the protocol and testing. USE CAUTION WHEN TESTING - Banner warns when SimHub is older than 9.12, since some plugin features need it.
- In-app updates restart SimHub automatically once the install finishes.
- Stalk button debounce slider in truck-sim mode, for levers whose contacts bounce.
- Guides card on the Help tab links every online guide.
- First RPM LED pulses blue while dashboard channels negotiate; wheel LEDs are no longer throttled during this time.
- Wheel, dash and base LEDs no longer drop to the idle effect after SimHub pauses the LED device; knob LEDs also hold through LED pipeline stalls while a game is running.
v1.6.4 - iRacing track maps, mBooster fixes, missing settings
[1.6.4]
Added
- iRacing track maps on the wheel. The plugin now ships iRacing track outlines, so the map shows up, isn't mirrored, and car dots line up with the track (thanks to help from Marc Mas!).
- Soft limit strength: Soft, Middle or Hard, as in Pit House. Saved in profiles and imported from Pit House presets.
- FFB center deadzone compensation, 0 to 10, as in Pit House. Found under the output curve. Like Pit House, changing it replaces a hand-edited curve.
Changed
- Game FFB intensity goes up to 200%, matching Pit House.
Fixed
- Track-map car dots line up better in other games.
- The wheel shows the right track map for ACC, LMU, F1 and AC layouts.
- The dashboard connects after swapping to a different display wheel.
- Dashboards are more stable, and no longer get stuck resending data every second.
- A CM2 dash gets telemetry back after its hub or base is power-cycled, without restarting SimHub.
- Changing an mBooster pedal's role swaps it with the pedal that had that role, so two pedals no longer end up on the same role.
- mBooster output curve and range are set correctly and no longer carry over from the previous profile.
- Switching profiles or reconnecting sets the mBooster to the profile's role.
- Multiple standalone mBooster pedals read from the correct axis.
- mBooster settings are held until the pedal is detected as active or passive.
- Linux: the serial port warm-up works again on newer Wine versions.
- "Apply profile settings on launch" turned off now leaves your devices alone. Profiles are applied only when you switch or import one.
- Retain Game FFB setting now sends correct value.
