Added

• run-tests-with-ats: new kind_config parameter (default "") on the job and the command — the path,
  relative to the checkout, of a kind Cluster configuration passed to kind create cluster --config
  when create_kind_cluster is true. The job keeps naming the cluster and choosing the node image
  (kind's --name and --image take precedence over the configuration's name and nodes[].image),
  so the file carries only what the job does not decide: feature gates, runtime config, kubeadm or
  containerd patches, extra nodes. Empty creates the cluster the job creates today, so no existing
  consumer changes; a path that does not exist in the checkout fails the job before the cluster is
  created. First use: charts whose tests run Agent Substrate (kagent API v2), which needs the
  ClusterTrustBundle, ClusterTrustBundleProjection and PodCertificateRequest gates and the
  certificates.k8s.io/v1beta1 API on the cluster — the worked example in
  docs/job/run-tests-with-ats.md,
  whose parameter list now also names kind_registry_credentials (10.4.0).
