Submit all of the Windows-specific patches upstream

This is a huge undertaking. At the moment, Git for Windows carries 200+ commits, organized in 20+ topic branches, on top of upstream Git.

The first patch series was contributed already last year, containing miscellaneous patches that are actually not specific to Windows at all.

I also ported the pull --rebase=interactive patches to the builtin git pull and contributed them yesterday.

And finally, I contributed the first true Git for Windows patch series yesterday.

The first two patch series made it into the 'next' branch.

And I contributed the third batch today, which finally should allow the source code of git.git to be compiled and to pass the test suite in MSYS2 out of the box, i.e.without additional patches and make options.
