LFS 2.2 is out and has a new migration command, so bumping our dependency.
Adding the mac lfs md5 checksum to the code as well, we'll need it.
Also removed the GitSetup class, it's not doing anything except proxying to the GitInstaller class, might as well call the latter directly. I renamed the properties on the GitInstaller class to match what the GitSetup class had for less noise in the diff.
