This is great detail, thanks for adding it.
While here fix the documentation of `__is_trivially_assignable` and `__is_nothrow_assignable`.
Fix some whitespace issues while here.
While here write gcc instead of GNU, which is more accurate.

These builtins are supported by our compiler frontend, and occur in internal testing. Test failures are expected, because this depends on an internal PR.
