Creating more than one codespace per repository and branch is allowed, to the limit of 10 codespaces, as per the documentation at https://docs.github.com/en/codespaces/developing-in-codespaces/deleting-a-codespace.

What's being changed: Language stating only one codespace per repository/branch is changed to match language from Deleting a codespace page which correctly states you can create more than one per repo/branch.
