Allow MySQL username to be configurable #5508
Description
Currently, Gitpod hard-codes the MySQL database username as gitpod. In Azure, this is problematic as the managed MySQL instance forces the username to be in the format <username>@<hostname>.
My proposal is to use an envvar DB_USERNAME and maintain the default as gitpod
