How to test

• Create a repository with https://github.com/mustard-mh/test/blob/repro/ENT-654/.gitpod.yml
• Trigger a prebuild for branch repro/ENT-654
• Start workspace with repository created on step 1
• Workspace should be able to start with IDEA 2024.2
