SMS Tech v1.29.1 — Selected text stays in the app, the open conversation keeps its notifications / Le texte sélectionné reste dans l'appli, la conversation ouverte garde ses notifications

Fixed

• The selection toolbar no longer hands the selected text of a message to other apps. It offered Translate (Android's text classifier) and the text actions of other installed apps, and each one received the selected text. They are gone on every Android version — before Android 11, every installed app could add its action. The toolbar keeps Cut, Copy, Paste and Select all. One loss to state: Android's Read aloud no longer appears there; it stays reachable through its accessibility shortcut.
• A message arriving in the conversation left open keeps its notification (#60). With the screen off or another app in front, the notification disappeared after about a second, as if the message had been seen. A conversation now counts as on screen only while it really is.

Changed

• A message's Translate button opens Android's app picker directly. SMS Tech no longer declares that it looks for translation apps.

Four files below: one per processor type (arm64-v8a for almost every recent phone) and a universal one. Same signing certificate and permissions as 1.29.0, still no Internet permission.
