Hello my cherrytreeers!

I am contacting you to share a feature request. Loose lot of time changing code language in my codebox. I tried to look if I could do it fast but I struggle to find where to do it. I am a very beginner in C++.

Could you please add or help me add a "change codebox property" shortcut please ? :)

Thank you!

Hi, if you right click inside a codebox, then you select change codebox properties and in the dialog you can change the syntax highlighting to the language you want

First, I wanted to thank you for your early response Giuspen !

Yeah I know but it could be more efficient with a shortkey to open the code box properties window if it's not to complicated as we have one for node properties window.

I'm changing codebox syntax very often during my notes, it would help gain time and I hope that it would help many others that are dealing with multiple codebox syntax ;)

Have a great day!

I can assign only an hardcoded keyboard shortcut for now like 'Ctrl'+'[' while in future I plan to change the keyboard shortcuts management so that also the table/codebox/images/etc. menu items can all have shortcuts configurable to the user.
