Hint any element with a click listener registered

I haven't thought this through yet, but it could be pretty cool as we'd be able to hint div-soup elements that don't properly declare accessibility.

This seems to work:

Services.els.hasListenersFor(element, "click");

Concerns:

• Potential performance hit (I don't know how expensive Services.els is)
• We don't have a good solution for overlapping hints yet, this could exacerbate this problem
