• A job that releases itself is retried. The worker runs a fresh instance of the job class,
  with no driver, so a job's own release($delay) (a scheduled retry) only set a flag: the queue
  wrapper deleted the row and the job never ran again. A failed webhook delivery was marked
  "retrying" and never retried. DatabaseJob and RedisJob now carry out the release on the
  queued job, with the delay the job asked for (Job::requestedReleaseDelay()).
