Range requests work on blobs from remote disks.GET /blobs/{uuid} with a Range header
answered 500 ("fseek(): Stream does not support seeking") on S3 and R2, whose read streams cannot
seek. The stream now reads forward to the start of the range instead. Players that open media
with a range request, such as AVPlayer on iOS, could not play private audio or video before.
Thumbnails of large images render.GET /blobs/{uuid}?width=... rejected any source wider or
taller than the image limits (2048px by default) with a 422, even when asking for a much smaller
image. A resize is now limited by the size requested, which was already capped, and the source
only has to fit uploads.image_processing.max_pixels (25MP by default), a setting that was
defined but never read. A variant with no target size, such as ?format=webp, keeps the source's
dimensions and so still has to fit the image limits. glueful/media 1.2.1 makes the same change to
the resize itself; both are needed.
