M.link() from visual-mode mappings. A visual-mode keymap such as vim.keymap.set("x", "<leader>ml", function() require("ma").link() end) failed with "no visual selection" because </> marks are only set after leaving visual mode. The function now reads the live selection with getpos("v")/getpos(".") (no mode change), handles linewise selections, rejects block selections, and keeps '</'> for the :Ma link path.
